The basis of every collaboration. Whatever is specific to your project is always in the proposal you receive from us.
Who we are

Scope
These terms apply to every proposal, assignment and agreement between Hector and a client, unless we agree otherwise in writing. What is in the proposal takes precedence over these terms.
Proposal and approval
Every project starts with a written proposal setting out the approach, the planning and the price. The project starts as soon as you approve that proposal.
Prices and payment
The prices in the proposal are fixed, unless the assignment changes along the way. We discuss that first. Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice.
Changes
Feedback rounds are included in the proposal. We only do extra work outside the agreed assignment after your approval.
Ownership
After full payment you receive the rights of use to the final result as agreed in the proposal. We may show the work in our portfolio, unless we agree otherwise.
Confidentiality
What you tell us about your company stays between us.
Liability
Our liability for damage arising from an assignment is limited to the amount invoiced for that assignment, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
Complaints
If something isn’t as agreed, let us know at yunot@hector-studio.be. We reply within two working days.
Applicable law
Our collaboration is governed by Belgian law. Disputes we can’t resolve together go to the competent courts in Hasselt.
