hector-consent(local storage): your answer to the cookie question, so we don’t ask it on every visit. Kept for 6 months, then we ask again.hector-theme(local storage): whether you view the site in green or yellow, if you change it with the dot at the bottom right. Kept until you delete it.
Statistics (with consent)
If you click Accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site, which pages they view and how they arrive. We only see this as totals, never per person. Google Analytics doesn’t store IP addresses, and we switch off Google Signals and advertising features. If you click Decline or don’t choose, Google Analytics isn’t even loaded.
_ga: tells visitors apart with a random number. Kept for 2 years._ga_2VM9LWJET8: keeps track of your visit (session). Kept for 2 years.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, which processes the data on our behalf. Data may go to the United States; Google is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for that. More in Google’s privacy policy.
What we don’t do
No advertising cookies, no social media pixels, no profiles, and we don’t sell anything on. The typeface is hosted on our own server, so nothing goes to Google for that either.
Changing your choice
You can always change your choice, here or via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, measuring stops immediately and we delete the Google Analytics cookies.
